Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026. SongPush is operated by Caifeng Xiao, an individual doing business as SongPush (“we”). Contact: support@songpush.app.

1. What SongPush is

SongPush is a marketplace. Singers, labels and their representatives (“Singers”) fund short videos that feature their music. Independent creators (“Creators”) make and post those videos. We provide the platform and handle payments through Stripe. We are not a party to the creative work itself and we are not a talent agency or employer.

2. Who can use it

3. Prices, service fee and payments

4. Refunds: three different situations

5. Disclosure rules (required)

Every paid video must clearly disclose the paid relationship, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. All three are required: (1) say or show #ad or “Paid partnership” in the video itself, (2) put #ad in the caption, and (3) turn on the platform's paid-partnership or commercial content setting, with a screenshot as proof. Videos without all three will not be approved. We keep disclosure records for 2 years.

6. Music rights (Singers)

Before posting a song, the Singer confirms each of the following. A song cannot be posted without this confirmation.

The Singer will defend and indemnify Creators and us against any claim that the song, as provided, infringes someone else's rights, including claims from labels, publishers, collecting societies and distributors.

7. Video license (Creators)

8. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content linked on SongPush infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@songpush.app including: the copyrighted work, the link to the content, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your signature. We hide the link promptly and tell the person who posted it.

That person may send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for their address, and their signature. We forward it to the complainant and may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Chargebacks and reversals (Creators)

If a payment is reversed by a chargeback or refunded because a video was not delivered or because of fraud, we may reverse the transfer to the Creator. If the reversal cannot be completed, the amount is owed by the Creator and is deducted from the Creator's future earnings, and the account may be restricted until it is repaid.

10. Invite rewards

11. Prohibited conduct

12. Disputes between users

If a Singer and Creator disagree about whether a video meets the brief, either can email support@songpush.app. We will review the brief and the video and decide whether the order is approved or refunded. Our decision on the order is final as between you and us, without limiting any rights you have against each other.

13. No guarantee of results

Views, streams and chart results are not guaranteed. Reach estimates are based on typical numbers for a follower tier and are not a promise.

14. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Funds already approved for a Creator are still paid; unused Singer budget is refunded.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, unless you are a consumer with a right to sue in your home courts. Small-claims cases are always allowed.

17. Changes

We will post changes here and email you about material ones at least 14 days before they take effect.
